CANCELLATION CHARGES
It is your right to cancel your booking with us at any time, however if we have reserved a room for you and declined other potential bookings because of your reservation, it is fair that we charge a cancellation fee of £20.00 ALL deposits are non – refundable.
Should you need to cancel your booking 2 days before you arrive, we will make a complete refund less cancellation fee.. If you cancel after 2 days you do not get a refund. If you cancel and a refund is payable we will refund the applicable amount in the same method you paid with therfore we strongly reccomend you take out holiday insurance.
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
You can check in any time after 2 pm or other wise stated, check out by 10 am or an extra charge will incur.
ROOM KEYS
Are issued on arrival and handed in on day of departure non-return or lost keys will incur a charge of £10.00.
NO REFUNDS
Can be made on a booking should you choose to leave earlier than intended.
PARKING
The proprietors cannot accept liability of loss, theft or damage to or from your vehicle while in the Moorbank House car park.
THE PROPRIETORS
Cannot accept responsibility for the loss of guest property unless handed in for safe keeping.
NO PETS
Are allowed on the premises.
